Hi all,
When using the script editor it appears to be extremely slow and sluggish. A notable characteristic of this issue is that the “lagginess” depends on the size of the script which I am editing. I certainly have a computer capable of running the Studio text editor and this issue only seems to have popped up during my most recent update of Studio.
My laptop’s specs are as follows:
Please do note, I was able to edit scripts of any magnitude smoothly within studio’s script editor prior to the most recent update. I have not changed any settings, I have tried disabling the autocomplete, I have tried restarting my computer and updating Windows, I have also tried updating my graphics card driver. None of the aforementioned attempts have solved this problem whatsoever.
I am not reporting this as a bug because out of everybody who has installed the new update, I am the only one out of my friends that seems to have this issue. I am currently on my laptop with inferior specs compared to my desktop so I shall investigate this issue further when I get home.
If anyone has experienced the same thing, do you have any possible solutions to my problem?
