Hello there, I’m a clothing owner and I wanna switch into developing games and I got an idea for a game and I really hope to obtain it and will not be only able to make it so I will need amazing developers to help with that and I’m going to start with scripting.

About The requirements of the scripter
I’m looking for a professional/experienced scripter to join our team since he gonna be the structure of the game. I expect high-quality scripts that adhere to our game’s style. I can list what I really want on a scripter there :
1- having a long experience (+6 months) unless you talented I’m ok with it.
2- a portfolio of the scripts you have done before I prefer at least seeing +4.
3-Guarantee that you will fix any bug that happens after finishing scripts.
Payment
I pay via funds of a group, the price is negotiable.
I would prefer taking equity of the game %, and in this condition, I will pay 25% of the payment and will give 20-30% of the profits that come out of the game. (it will get advertised by me as well) I prefer this at the same time because the game will get updated and all bugs will get fixed as soon as possible and at the same time the scripter will profit of it and this will guarantee to both of us our rights 
The head idea of tasks
So the game will be about a lobby and map where all players get teleported to, and they will divide to two teams, and it will randomly choose 2 of them and the rest will have 1 minute to escape and hide somewhere.
