When you use the ScriptSync feature it does not sync the child scripts of UI Objects, you can manually do so but it often is unreliable and goes off by itself resulting in dataloss and overwrites.
Same thing with nested files, or files in models.
Suggestion is simple; Add a way to make sure ALL scripts are synced as desired.
