When the chat auto-hides when nobody is saying anything, the scrollbar isn’t hidden as well. Also, you can’t scroll unless you have the textbox focused.
It annoys me so much…

Very interesting, when did you first start noticing that the scroll bar was not disappearing?
Me personally? I took the screenshot after I noticed it for the first time. by the sounds of some other posts here though, it sounds like it’s been around for a while.
I also noticed this today, and the thing is that I thought my screen broke since it is a big flashy grey bar. When I moved my viewport I noticed that lucky is wasn’t my screen.

Found out this bug was due to a recent update in the ScrollingFrame functionality in respect to how it hides the scrollbar. I have authored a fix, which will be going out in a couple weeks.
