Scrolling frame on a screen gui

As the title says, I have a scrolling frame on a screen gui. It all works but the only problem is that they player can not actually scroll down. Help will be greatly appreciated, I am new to UI design.

Could you follow the template? What have you tried? Have you googled it? Can you show us screenshots of the frame’s properties?

I have tried changing the zindex, unselecting selectable, changing the vertical/horizontal bar insert aand the scrolling direction.

Those won’t change it, have you tried looking at google, and could you show me a pic of the frame?
