To reproduce this, just open the developer console, move your mouse onto it, and scroll your mouse wheel. It will both move the scrollbar and zoom your camera in and out. Please fix this, as it’s rather annoying.
All they have to do to fix this is set the active property of their console to true.

I’m wondering if it’s so you can still play normally with the GUI up. I just use the slider.
If I’m using the developer console,.something has quite clearly happened that is preventing me from playing normally.
That or I’m being nosy and looking at the local output in someone else’s game.
I just meant by the transparency and the fact you can play/scroll/click objects through it I think they designed it to be more ‘display of output’ than ‘user-friendly’.
