Rank Descriptions

NO LEVEL

Resort Guest - Regular group member of Seasons Resort. Users may either stay as this rank or attend an interview session for a job, they also have the ability to send in a job application which is an alternative of interviews.

Suspended - Users with this rank are currently demoted from a staff member to suspended or resort guest to suspended due to breaking rules and regulations of Seasons Resort. Suspensions may be temporary or permanently including bans.

Honored Guest - Users with this rank have access to premium suites and are a Honored Member mostly known as a VIP or Noted Guest. This rank is reserved for the utmost VIP and must be treated with respect.

Awaiting Training - This rank is given to users who have passed their regular job application or interview. They will need to attend a training session to receive their actual job position here at Seasons Resort.

LOW RANKS

–LOW RANKS–
Customer Service - Customer Service members are supposed to answer questions at the service desk at the Resort and offer housekeeping to users. Can supervise or assist at training sessions.

Bar Attendant - Bar Attendant members are to be at the Bar at the Resort and must serve any Resort Guest who shows up at the bar. They are to be served properly and to be given their correct order requested.

Receptionist - Receptionist members are to hand out rooms at the Resort while at the reception desk. They may work as customer service and bar attendants too! Check-In System is to be used by CheckMeIn.

MIDDLE RANKS

–MIDDLE RANKS–
Head of Services - Staff members with this rank have been promoted from the rank Bar Attendant or Customer Service, they are now on the middle-rank stage. They are now on the middle-rank stage. They are able to interview or supervise at interview sessions and train, help and supervise at training sessions. They are in charge of making sure that Bar Attendants and Customer Service members are performing their duty normally. This rank will receive moderator commands and are not to be abused.

Head Receptionist - Staff members with this rank have been promoted from Receptionist to this rank, they are now on the middle-rank stage. They are able to interview or supervise at interview sessions and train, help and supervise at training sessions. They are in charge of making sure that ALL RECEPTIONIST are performing their duty normally. This rank will receive moderator commands and are not to be abused.

Management - Head ranks have been promoted to this rank with their hard work and dedication during their first steps as an MR. They have attended many shifts and sessions it was well enough to be noticed by an HR. Great ethics have been showed, this rank will still receive moderator commands and is not to be abused. You are to make sure that all ranks below you are performing their duty normally, you are basically an assistant manager of the Shift Managers and General Managers… you are still an MR!

Executive Management - Management users have been promoted to this rank with the excellent dedication and support to this group, the hard work has paid off. You’re on the last stage as an MR, and you will be soon in a few weeks or months to be approaching your first HR rank soon. This rank will still receive moderator commands and is not to be abused. You are to make sure that all ranks below you are performing their duty normally, you are basically an assistant manager of the Shift Managers and General Managers… you are still an MR!

HIGH RANKS

–HIGH RANKS–
Service Manager - Congratulations! You have approached your first High Rank, you are now a Service Manager. It will take time for you to get used to the position as being an HR, you will be taught how to do everything step by step… don’t worry! As an HR you will receive administrator commands that are not to be abused at any time… you will be able to host/co-host sessions and shifts. You ensure that ranks lower than you are performing their duty properly. This rank takes time to be earned, and you have finally approached it! Your work has paid off on you and the community. You are in charge of all services provided at the Resort. You will be reading applications too.

Shift Manager - You have been promoted from Service Manager. You are to host shifts and sessions. You will make sure everybody ranked below you perform their duty normally. Basically, shift managers are the main managers of shifts… they will make sure no incidents are caused at shifts and everything is running peacefully. You will receive administrator commands that are not to be abused. You will also be reading applications sent be Guests who are willing to apply for a job.

General Manager - You have been promoted from Shift Manager. You are to host shifts and sessions. Basically, this rank is the manager of ALL staff members below this rank and you will have your own office… You will be checking complaints and helping out at serious investigations, and you will be reading applications. This is the last HR rank before you reach the SHR terms. You will receive administrator commands that are not to be abused. Congratulations on your hard work throughout Seasons Resort, your next journey is about to begin in a few months!

SENIOR HIGH RANKS

–SUPER HIGH RANK–
Board of Directors - CONGRATULATIONS! You have reached the final term category. You are now an SHR. Being a board of directors is a really important job, you are going to be hosting shifts and sessions, reading applications and complaints, doing investigations to any incident related to Seasons Resort and you will receive super administrator commands that are not to be abused. You will also be in charge of all the ranks below you and making sure that everything is running through peacefully + normally. Congratulations, your hard work this time has really paid off!

Head Executive - You have been promoted to the final rank and permanent rank you will stay as throughout the rest of the Seasons Resort experience. Congratulations, you have completed your journey… but there is no need to leave the group as you will have an awesome one throughout. Same procedures must be followed, read Board of Director’s rank description to see what you do… it’s the same thing! YOU MANAGE ALL RANKS BELOW YOU.

Developer Relations - Reserved to developers hired by the owner team.
GFX / Scripting / Building

Vice Chairman - Reserved for the group’s co-founder, not achievable.
