Hi roblox staff and @Bug-support team this is my first time posting on the dev forum. So at some point at around BST UK Time i tried to log into my roblox account olga901 to do some stuff and play games and it just avoided me to do so. When i enter the correct password a secruity notification appears, forcing me to put my verified email or phone number to log in. I dont have an phone number, but i remember having an email. No verification codes is sending to the email. I tried contacting roblox support to help me recover my account, but they are not doing anything at all.
Expected Behavior
I should access the account as normal.
The Security Notification should only reset the password, not remove anything from the account.
Actual Behavior
Security Notification prevents access to the account
The secruity notification wiped out my email, so i can’t verify ownership, leaving my account completely locked forever.
Steps to reproduce
Log into the roblox account with your correct username and password for the security notification to appear.
I’m hoping that roblox staff can help me with the issue.
