Hi, this is my first time posting on the dev forum. So at some point during BST UK Time, when i was trying to log into my roblox account olga901 to do some stuff and play games on it, it just prevented me to do so. A security notification appears when i enter the correct credentials (correct username and password) It is forcing me to put my verified email or phone number to reset the password and log in. I don’t have a phone number, but i remember having an email. When the code sends, i receive nothing. I tried to contact roblox support, but they are not helping me.
I am hoping that roblox staff and engineers can help.

The Security Notification should only reset the password, not remove anything from the account.

Security Notification prevents access to the account
The Security Notification wiped out my verified email, so i can’t verify ownership, leaving my account completely locked forever.

The staff were kind enough to raise it to the customer support and the ticket I had sent was acknowledged after a few days.
Until then, due to the no-email issue, they had no permission to provide help because of policies and stuff.
Next time I’d just go work at Roblox Support myself lol
@bostaffmanbulgaria1 its been 7 days since i made this report and i still have the security notification pop up on my account. Is there anyway to recover my account the way you recover yours?
This is the way I recovered my account. Although my request was looked at and went through within around 3 days time.

@bostaffmanbulgaria1 you contacted support when you got your account locked and they helped? Cos when i contact support they are really bad and don’t help. So i found this forum to help me recover my account (not hacked)

A staff member eventually responded to my bug report post I had sent somewhere in here and they raised it up to CS.
As otherwise they aren’t permitted to give out account access without written proof of ownership, even if it gets taken off, as it does with the security notification…Apparently to this day.
Still unsure how a staff member hasn’t at least seen this post here.
@bostaffmanbulgaria1 i sent support proof of ownership that the account owner would know such as receipts of purchased robux, friend usernames, account creation and account location. And still they couldn’t verify ownership. They keep sending automated messages.
Should i wait a few days for staff to reply to this report or message a staff?
As I have already mentioned, Roblox Support is not allowed to give access to an account without any written proof of ownership, in this case the detached email.
My only hope was a staff member looking into this issue.
Though I do agree it has been over a week now. Longest response time I have seen on a bug-report so far.
@bostaffmanbulgaria1 without an email, support says they can’t verify ownership. Instead of the automated bot message, i want it to be a human agent. How can i do that?
