Hi roblox staff and @Bug-support team, just wanted to make another report about the security notification bug. So during UK time BST, when i try to log into my account ‘olga901’ with my correct username and password. It prevents me to do so. A security notification appears and it is forcing me to put my verified email or phone number to reset the password, i sadly don’t have a phone number on the account, but i remember having an email, when the code sends, i recieve nothing. I tried to contact support regarding the login issue, and they didn’t do anything. They are not helping me recover the account. I’m having issues with support, it would be very appreciated if a staff can help with this.
What i told support
I told support friend usernames, receipts of purchased robux, account location and the language of the account. They are not helping me.

Security notification should only reset the password, not remove anything from the account.
I can access the account as normal.
Actual Behavior
Security notification did not only reset my password, but it also removed my verified email. Leaving my ownership completely gone forever.
