Security Notification Locked Account and Removed Email – Account Now Unrecoverable

Sorry for posting again. I’m reposting because this issue is still unresolved and I want to clearly explain what happened.

The Security Notification appears to have randomly locked the account @Master_teo141, even though no VPN, browser extensions, new locations, or account sharing were ever used.

At the time, two Roblox accounts were linked to the same email:

One account was locked

The other account was not locked

When I attempted to reset the password using that email, Roblox only allowed the reset on the unlocked account. The locked account never appeared as an option.

After that, I changed the email on the unlocked account and tried again.

Although an email was previously attached to the locked account, no email was sent when attempting recovery through:

Security Notification recovery

One-time code login

“Forgot password”

However, when I used the same email on other Roblox accounts that were not locked, the email did arrive. This strongly suggests the issue is account-specific, not email-related.

This leads me to believe that when the Security Notification triggered, it may have removed the verified email from the locked account, making recovery impossible through normal methods.

I cannot fully confirm this because I currently have no way to log into the account on any device. The only reason I can post this is because I am still logged into the DevForum on my phone.

This account is also a child account, and after enabling the parent/guardian feature, the guardian email was removed, which further prevents recovery. The account has no Robux purchase history, so receipt-based verification is not possible.

There is no phone number attached to the account either, so SMS verification cannot be tested.

Browsers tested:

Google Chrome (PC and mobile)

Samsung Internet (mobile)

Expected behavior
When multiple accounts share the same email, I expected Roblox to:

Let me select which account to recover after clicking the reset link

Or behave similarly to one-time codes, where the account is chosen after the code is validated

Instead, the locked account appears to be completely excluded from recovery.

Request
Only Roblox staff can resolve this. I am requesting that a Roblox administrator please:

Restore the previously linked email, or

Unlock the account so the email can be re-added

I will not post private information publicly, but I can provide email details and verification privately or through Support if contacted by Roblox staff.
