Hello, just wanted to make another report since the other one was quite confusing. I am roblox developer logging in to my account to check some stuff and it just prevented me to do so. A security notification randomly locked the account when no vpns or bad extensions were done. I have an email linked but the code isn’t sending, i tried checking spam and folders for the code but there was nothing. I tried contacting support several times and they keep rejecting me- saying they can’t verify ownership. I have bought robux on the account as well as creating games on it as well. No one was trying to log into my account.

Expected behavior
Verified email to stay on the account
Security notification should only reset the password, not remove any email from the account.
Support to send another way to verify ownership such as sending screenshot of purchased robux on the account from more than 30 days ago
