Selection+
Selection+ is a plugin that can filter your selections based on what you’ve put on the exceptions list, so you can easily remove what you don’t want from your selector.
How to use it

Add exception: inserts the name of the first object you’re selecting on the list (you can make how many exceptions you want)

Remove exception: removes the name of the first object you’re selecting from the list (if you’ve already added it before)

Show List: shows the list of exceptions

Reset List: removes all exceptions

Execute: when used, it checks every part that you are selecting and deselects it if the part’s name is not on the list
