SelectionSphere is not marked depreciated

SelectionSphere has been broken for a long while. And based on the fact that SurfaceSelection is not being supported anymore, I will assume that SelectionSphere will never be fixed either. SelectionSphere has many visual mistakes that make it difficult to use yet it’s not deprecated on documentation.

Documentation does not mark as deprecated:

Expected behavior

It should have the deprecated label. Example of what it should look:

Instead there is no deprecation label on SelectionSphere, which is confusing as it’s pretty broken.

Hello @WinterStorm_Meow , I have reached out to the responsible team and they have confirmed that this feature is not currently deprecated but is under review. As soon as we receive confirmation of its deprecation, we will update the documentation. Thank you very much for flagging!

Thank you for your response. I wanted to make a report because of the visual glitches that have been lingering for a while. There are two major visual glitches that stop developers from using it.

  1. The surface of the selection does not cover the whole sphere. This leads to the selection only covering some of what it is supposed to.

  2. The outline on the surface sphere doesn’t scale well on parts that are large. The ball seems to become more ridged as we are up scaling the part but the outline stills stays in a smooth circle that leads to the outline not being exactly outlining the sphere.

If you can send these bugs over to the team that would be awesome! There are also other improvements that could be done like customizing the outline thickness.

Much appreciated, I will forward over to the team!
