About us
Serendipity Support Clinic is the number one therapy-based roleplay group on Roblox, offering a welcoming community and a unique game experience centered around wellness and emotional support. We provide a safe space for individuals to engage in therapeutic activities, from art therapy to relaxation sessions. Our group also offers exciting staffing opportunities, creating a platform where members can grow, interact, and thrive in a positive and supportive environment.

Middle Rank Employement
There are two ways to become a Middle Rank here at Serendipity. The first way is to pass Middle Rank applications, which are released when we are in need of Middle Ranks. Please note you must be a Junior Specialist+ in order to apply. Alternatively, you can receive an activity promotion as a Head Specialist by being consistently active.
Training Times
There are eight trainings hosted per day. These times are listed below:
- 12 PM EST
- 3 PM EST
- 5 PM EST
- 8 PM EST
- 10 PM EST
- 12 AM EST
- 3 AM EST
- 5 AM EST
- 8 AM EST
- 10 AM EST
The Training Centre unlocks at xx:00 for Receptionists and locks at xx:10. If you disconnect, you will need to attend the next training.
Appeal Information
If you are terminated, suspended, warned, or banned, you have the option to appeal your consequence in an attempt to revert it. If you are suspended or warned in-game, message any member of our High Rank Team or open a Medium Response ticket. If you are banned or warned on our communications server, message any member of our Senior High Rank Team or open a High Response ticket.
Please note that you can only submit an appeal every two weeks, and you can only attempt to appeal a suspension once.
Partnership Guide
The Public Relations Team is actively attempting to retrieve alliances as a benefit to our community. If you are interested in becoming affiliates with Serendipity Support Clinic, there are steps to becoming official alliances with Serendipity due to our alliance requirements. Please read these requirements carefully to avoid any confusion.
Alliance Requirements
- Must have acquired 150,000 or more members (disregarding bots).
- More than 10,000 members in your communications server (Discord).
- Have communicative and collaborative representatives willing to announce our events if our partnership forms.
- Must not have been terminated in the past year.
- Must have a good standing in the industry.
- Established Relations and Staff team.
- Must be some sort of business (e.g., we do not affiliate with Military Roleplay groups or Fan Groups).
- Group MUST NOT sell MR+ ranks for Robux or any other form of payment.
Application Questions
- What is the name of the company you are trying to affiliate with Serendipity? Please provide your Group URL and Discord invite.
- Why would you like to affiliate with us over other businesses?
- How many total current group members does your group contain?
- What benefits could you deliver to Serendipity?
- What benefits do you expect Serendipity to deliver to your group?
- Name three individuals who will be representing your group.
We do allow exceptions to these requirements; however, these must be reviewed by a Public Relations Head. Just send the group links, and we will decide.
Once you have read these requirements and are willing to ally with Serendipity Support Clinic, please contact one of our Public Relations Officers on Discord (Anyone with the “Public Relations Department” role). Also, feel free to ask us any questions during the process.
