Server Authority Tool Animations are Buggy

Just test equipping any tool with some replication lag in Roblox Studio. I had 0.14 set in studio when I noticed this issue.

Expected behavior

The tool shouldn’t unequip and re-equip. It should stay equipped, shouldn’t look so buggy.

I’d like to take this opportunity to report a bug involving Server Authority.

When the server and client use :Stop() on an AnimationTrack from an Animator that has received LoadAnimation, the fade time to finish the animation is not replicated correctly.

When using :Stop(), the server stops the animation smoothly, however, the client receives the command abruptly, causing the animation to be interrupted instantly, resulting in a terrible visual effect. It seems that the server-to-client replication doesn’t pass this information, and this is fundamental in animations.

I don’t know if they are already working on this, but smoothing animations is as important as physics for games.
