Shadows showing in studio but when in-game, shadows no longer exist

Hello! Just seeking for some help over a lighting issue I’ve been recently experiencing.


As you see in this picture above, future lighting is working fine, in studio and also in team test, however, when playing the game on the ROBLOX client, The future lighting gets turned off and I’m forced to take shadow map.

Been having this problem for a couple of days, I originally ignored it thinking it’ll fix itself but it hasn’t, My graphics are at max and everything and I don’t use any 3rd party software in my ROBLOX client, I also to my knowledge, I don’t have any scripts that would mess with the lighting so I am basically dumbfounded.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

Is the ‘Unified Lighting’ beta feature enabled on your end? If it is, try turning it off and see if that helps.
