Shamrock First Response Handbook

Guidelines

Shamrock First Response is a paramilitary group on Roblox that has availability for security, firefighting, and medical teams. Since things can get out of hand easily when patrolling, we have a few simple rules to follow.

    1. Be a reasonable human being.
    1. Use common sense.
    1. Try to not cause drama (eg. do not overreact when an HR joins a server).
    1. No asking for donations, we are not that kind of group.
    1. No asking for free promotions, they are earned through training.

Those are just a few basic guidelines to follow off of. While small, other rules will be enforced. For example, you must follow all Roblox community guidelines too. If you are unsure if something that you are doing is breaking the rules, feel free to ask a high rank.

Training Times

This is a bit of a tricky one at the moment. For starters, we are planning to wait until we have at least a hundred members before hosting a training, which the first one will be hosted by the Safety Owner. In the future, trainings will be hosted by division trainers, and mega trainings will be hosted by the HoS.

Meetings

This is really only for division trainers and up. Sometimes HRs will be invited. These meetings will be hosted by the safety owner.

Points System

Here’s a basic rundown of how you can be promoted:

  • NR: Trainees. You get this role when you join the group.
  • LR: Cadets, Firefighters, and Medics. To get this role, you will go to training and pass at least one. If you pass this training, you will start off with one to five points.

Obtain the LR Role by going through one training at the Shamrock Activity Base. After you are done training, you will be told if you passed. If so, you will be asked which division you want to go into and you will be assigned to that division.

  • MR: Elites, Fire Marshall, Emergency Medics. This role can be earned by having 65 points.

Obtain MR by earning 65 points, whether it’s from training or patrol. You will also take an evaluation quiz (must get eight out of ten right). You can earn after three months of being an LR. You can attend trainings at either the activity base or personal facilities.

  • HR: Special Defense, Hazmat, Surgeons. This role can be earned by having 200 points.

Obtain HR by earning 200 points, whether it’s from training or patrol. You will also take an evaluation quiz (must get all questions right). You must also have been in the group for at least a year and a half and will have to join the communications server (so you must be 13+). Lastly you must have a recommendation by more than half of all the current trainers.

  • SR: Division Trainers and HoS. Division trainers are handpicked by the HoS and the HoS is handpicked by the Safety Owner.
  • EX: Safety Owner. Reserved for the developer of the group.

Earning Points

  • Self-training and personal patrols give no points, but they are good practice.
  • Regular trainings and patrols give 1 to 5 points depending on how you do.
  • Mega trainings and patrols give 4 to 12 points depending on how you do, with usually one player recieving 12 points, two recieving 10, and so on.
  • Trainees may only attend regular trainings. As a trainee, your first training is usually the hardest.
  • Points will be stored at the database (coming soon).

Uniforms

In order to attend training, you MUST purchase the Shamrock Security Badge. Not wearing this will kick you from the game. However, we are not like Innovation; you do not have to purchase this before joining the group, but training access will be denied until you have the badge. All other clothing items are optional purchase.

For patrols, you will not need to purchase anything unless you are self-patrolling. To patrol in big Roblox games such as MeepCity or Bloxburg, you must wear the uniform in full.

Colored uniforms will only be worn during trainings.

You will have access to the special uniforms during mega events (not training). These special uniforms are planned to be designed in June 2025, but may change depending on member count.

Exilation

We run on a three-strikes-you’re-out system. For every offense you make (to our basic guidelines), you will be warned once. For the second offense, you will be warned again. On your third offense, you will be:

  • Given a 30 point deduction, which may push you back a rank.
  • Your points balance can not go negative. If a deduction of points is capable of doing that, your points balance will simply be set to zero and you will be exiled from the group.

You will be able to join the group again after three months.

After three offenses are made, your warning count will be reset.

Violation of any of the Roblox community guidelines while representing our community will result in permanent exilation from the group which may not be appealed.

Use of alt account to bypass moderation action will result in much harsher consequences.

Refunds will not be given to anybody who is permanently exiled from the group. Attempting to steal Robux from the group could be illegal in your area and you could be arrested.

We do not mess around with rule breakers. We take group safety and representation very seriously. This handbook is meant for you and your peers to understand how things work in this group, and to keep you safe.

We hope you enjoy your time in Shamrock First Response! Let’s go save lives!
