There is a recurring issue where Shift Lock cannot be activated even when it’s enabled in the settings. Additionally, the Roblox Xbox Selection Mode randomly activates despite being disabled, causing the player to lose movement control (cannot walk).

When Shift Lock is enabled in settings and toggled in-game, it should activate smoothly. Xbox Selection Mode should remain off unless manually turned on by the player.

Expected behavior:
Shift Lock should activate and allow the player to rotate the camera freely while walking. The Xbox Selection Mode should not automatically enable unless the user is on an Xbox device or explicitly activates it.
Actual behavior:
- Shift Lock fails to activate (still says its on, but its not).
- Xbox Selection Mode toggles on by itself (says its deactivated but its not).
- Player movement becomes unresponsive, restarting does not help
