Greetings, this is the official procedure guide for LRs of Shiniez Dentistry establishment.

Dentistry Assistant Procedures:

Cleaning
  1. Put on your hands gloves.
  2. Ask client to open their mouth.
  3. Check for cavities.
  4. Brush their teeth throughly.
  5. Rinse and suck the water.
Check-Up
  1. Put on your hands gloves.
  2. Ask client to open their mouth.
  3. Check for cavities.
  4. Check for tooth cracks/diformation.
  5. Inform the result.
Consultation
  1. Ask client their problems.
  2. Put on your hands gloves.
  3. Check mouth.
  4. Inform the recommendation.

Hygiene Specialist Procedures:

Filling
  1. Numb area around tooth.
  2. Check for cavity and remove it.
  3. Suction.
  4. Ask if they would like silver, ceramic, gold filling.
  5. Clean the tooth surface.
  6. Apply the filling.
  7. Set using violet light.
  8. Inform client to be carefull while eating and tooth may be sensetive.
Bonding
  1. Compare samples using shade guide.
  2. Abrase surface of the teeth that being bonded.
  3. Apply the resin on teeth serivce
  4. Cure reisin using violet light.
  5. Polish the surface of teeth.
Whitening
  1. Place reactors in clients mouth.
  2. Apply protectice gel onto teeth surface.
  3. Apply whitening gel onto teeth surface.
  4. Use the violet light to active the gel.
  5. Remove the reactors from clients mouth.

Dental Technician Procedures:

Dentures
  1. Put gloves on your hands.
  2. Bring client to X-Ray room. (Bring them to room when finished)
  3. Prepare impression for client to bite down.
  4. Prepare dentures.
  5. Place dentures in clients mouth.
X-Ray
  1. Bring Client to the x-ray room.
  2. Put on client wire.
  3. Ask client to stand in the x-ray machine.
  4. Take an X-Ray.
  5. Review the snapshoot.
  6. Say to the client result/recommendation.
Sealant
  1. Rinse and suction the teeth.
  2. Apply solution on teeth.
  3. Suction and check if the teeth are dry.
  4. Prepare and Apply sealant.
  5. Ensure that sealant is position correctly.
  6. Use violet light to cure.
Braces
  1. Place reactors in mouth.
  2. Clean client mouth.
  3. Rinse and Suction.
  4. Lay glue on their teeth.
  5. Place bracket in their mouth.
  6. Make sure brackets in accurate position.
  7. Use violet light to dry glue.
  8. Attach wire onto brackets.
  9. Cut the excess wire.
  10. Place band on brackets.
Braces Tightening
  1. Place reactors in mouth.
  2. Remove current bands.
  3. Loosen current wire and remove it.
  4. Tighten wire.
  5. Cut excess wire.
  6. Place brackets on teeth.
  7. Suction and Rinse.
  8. Remove the reactors.
Retainers
  1. Impression of teeth.
  2. Place plastic over. Let it cool down.
  3. Take plastic off and paint it.
  4. Ask client to put it in their mouth.
Retainers Check-Up
  1. Ask for any recent issues with retainers.
  2. Inspect the retainers.
  3. Repair them.
  4. Ask client to put them in mouth to see if it’s comfortable.

Oral Surgeon Procedures:

Extraction
  1. Inject gel in gum.
  2. Ask client if their mouth feels numb.
  3. Rinse and Suction.
  4. Cut the gum.
  5. Extract the tooh.
  6. Rinse.
  7. Inform the client, that they need to be carefull while brushing their teeth or eating.
Dental Implant
  1. Inject gel in gum.
  2. Ask client if their mouth feel numb.
  3. Rinse and Suction.
  4. Cut the gum.
  5. Drill the jawbone.
  6. Place implant.
  7. Stich the gum back.
  8. Ask client if they feel secure.
Crown
  1. Inject gel in the gum.
  2. Drill the tooth.
  3. Rinse and Suction.
  4. Place crown onto the tooth.
  5. Ensure the crown is secure.
Root Canal
  1. Inject gel into gum.
  2. Drill the tooth.
  3. Rinse and Suction.
  4. Seal the tooth, using a canal filling substance.
Wisdom Tooth Removal
  1. Inject gel in the gum.
  2. Ask client if their mouth feels numb.
  3. Rinse.
  4. Suction.
  5. Cut the gum.
  6. Extract tooth & put it on the tray.
