| Shiniez Dentistry General Guidelines
Here will be provided guidelines of our dentistry, these guidelines mandatory to follow to not encounter any bad atmosphere and ensure that community is safe, all of the rules listed below applies on game and discord server. If we caught you breaking rules, we have all rights to punish you even if the thing you did not on rules, we still can punish you.

Respect - Respect must be given to all member of Shiniez, disrespect is not tolerated.

Spamming - Spamming/flooding any chats is probhinted since you’re disturbing the supervision and chatting processes.

Self-promoting/advertising - Any form of advertising is not allowed, sending any links in chats or DMs is not tolereated and you will recieve punishment for that.

Harrassement - If we see you death threatening/harassing our clients or staff. You will immediately receive consequences. Any form of racism, discrimination is also not tolerated.

Trolling - Trolling is strictly probhinted, you disturbing the daily processes and disturb the enviorment. Please, do not attemp to troll.

Leaking - Leaking any documents or personal information is probhinted and not allowed at all, if we caught you doing this you will be immeditaly recieving serious consequences.

Bypassing - Saying any bypassed slur is prohibited.

Exploiting/Glitching - Disturbing the enviorment by glitching or exploiting is not tolerated and probhinted.

Mass Pinging - Any form of mass ping is not tolereated, there should be no usage of @everyone without appropriate purpose or pinging multiple users.

NSFW - Any photos, links, gifs of NSFW is probhinted and any form of NSFW content is probhinted too.

In this section, you will find description of each rank we have. Client to Chairman. If you need any assistance, you might look here and view the rank duties.
Low Ranks:
Client - Regular client of our establishment, can book and appointment.
Noted Client - Former executive or really famous/noted person in shiniez.
Affiliate Representative - Representative from our wonderful affiliations, can request special events with Shiniez.
Receptionist - First staff rank, they can help you book the appointment.
Dentistry Assistant - Second staff rank, they can do procedures like: Cleaning, Check-Up, Consultation.
Hygiene Specialist - Third staff rank, they can do procedures like: Filling, Bonding, Whitening.
Dental Technician - Fourth staff rank, they can do procedures like: Dentures, X-Ray, Sealant, Braces, Braces Tightening, Retainers, Retainers Check-Up.
Oral Surgeon - Fifth & last LR staff rank, they can do procedures like: Extraction, Dental Implant, Crown, Root Canal, Wisdom Tooth Removal.
Middle Ranks:
Staff Intern - Our first management rank, they either passed an application or got promoted.Them are not official management member, and have no command permissions.
Staff Assistant - Our second management rank, they passed internship and now an official management member. They can train at the trainings.
Supervisor - Our third management rank, them supervise our staff and gives feedback if need. Have same permissions as SA.
Assistant Manager - Our fourth management rank, they have ability to co-host the sessions and they got an assigned manager. They have also have permission to rank, so if you need to someone to be demoted contact them.
Office Manager - Our fifth management rank, they have ability to host sessions. They help the MR team and have same rights & abilities like Assistant Manager.
High Ranks:
Dental Board - Dental Board is a council rank, many people answer here for the procedure guides and LR performance. They help Shiniez with coordinating LRs and trainings.
Administrative Assistant - Them are aspirant either of PR or Staffing department, them getting ready to become official department officer.
Senior High Ranks:
Corporate Officer - Official officer of PR or Staffing departments.
Corporate Director - Official director of PR or Staffing departments.
Board of Directors - Experienced directors council, overseers of department.
Leadership & Development:
Development Team - Developers of Shiniez, have ability to change any buildings.
President - President of Shiniez, they help chair team with daily operations.
Vice Chairman - Have spheres like: Staffing, Public Relations, Staff Standards, Administration. And focuses on the spheres procedures.
Chairman - Chairman of Group & Affiliations.

Guide & Requirements
Activity
- Activity as management member is very important, since you must be able to actively attend trainings and help people. We don’t want to see you guys active in 1 day for 5-7 hours, 30 minutes in-game is enough. Chatting in discord is also recommended.
Professionalism
- We want you to stay professional always, being unprofessional & vulgar is strictly probhinted.
Hinting
- Hinting is not tolereated, it will lower your chance to become a management member.
Age restriction
- You must be at least age of 13 before you become a management member, and your account must have no safe chat.
Helping
- If you want to help anyhow, gurantee that you will help anyone correctly. And please, do not interrupt management duties and copy it.

Shiniez offers you to become one of our affiliations, Public Relations Department is always searching for new and exciting affiliations for Shiniez. If you wish to become one of our affiliations, all of the information will be listed below. If you have any concerns, please DM a Public Relations Officer.
AFFILIATION REQUIREMENTS
- Clean reputation within Roblox business industry.
- At least 15 members in discord & Roblox.
- Must have easy reachable PR members.
- Your group must be active & willing to do events with Shiniez.
- Your group must not have stolen assaults from Shiniez or other groups.
