Moves:
- Updated all moves with better serverside checks (Reduced lag)
- Move effects only show on the client
- Made Kakashi’s Water Dragon torso aim instead of auto-aim
Mechanics:
- Fixed everyone teleporting to the same place sometimes
- Reduced lag a bit more
