Recently, I have uploaded a few shirts to Roblox. However, on my first attempt, I was unable to upload it ( and lost 10 Robux) due to being warned for giving PII (due to a reference image I accidentally left in my submitted template) Now, although i can still upload shirts and wear them, they do not show up to other players though i can see them.
The first image is what I see.
The second was taken by a friend and shows how the shirt does not load in for others.
Additionally, I get this error message when accessing shirts I made. The shirt that was reported for giving PII is still up and I have not been refunded. If you have any questions, please reach out. I am happy to answer/
Thank you so much!!!
It’s been happening to multiple shirts, the asset IDs being
86021972277432 ( The shirt that was flagged for PII)
and the shirts that have been affected
94402342502829
84152479150917
98896992969295
107719066315456
Sometimes, when I am in the avatar editor, they do not show up, but that has happened only once.
If there is anything else I can provide feel free to ask
I am eternally grateful to you
Hi @BeIgic, our team took a look and this isn’t from the PII warning — the issue is that the shirt images are set to private, so only you can see them.
We’ve identified this bug and are actively looking into it. In the meantime, there is a workaround:
You’ll need to go into Creator Hub > Creations > Development Items > Images tab and set the underlying image assets to Open Use. After that, your shirts should be public for everyone.
Hope this helps! Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.
