Hello! Welcome to the Shop N Go: “Rank Information” document. Please read all information regarding your rank, or future ranks you might be promoted to.
Staff Rules:

As a staff, you are expected to follow all the rules. If you are a MR-SHR, you are a role model to all of our staff, and represent this group.
Any disrespectful, or unkind behavior will get you consequences.
No staff should have alts, this is to avoid any trolling, admin abusing, etc.
Shift Rules:

- There may ONLY be one Host and one Co-Host.
- Only Manager+ may be host, only Assistant Manager+ may be Co-Host.
- Shifts must be 30 minutes or longer, however it can not exceed a time duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- After one person has hosted, that person is not allowed to host for another 30 minutes, but anyone else will be able to during their cool down.
- Leaving a shift shows that you are irresponsible, and will lead to consequences. If you leave a shift, open a ticket in the communications server and explain why.

- Promotions are based on hard work, kindness, and professionalism.
- DO NOT free rank, everyone must earn their rank fairly.
Promotion rules will change once we add points.
Demotion Rules:

- Demotions are only taken place if a staff member is violating our code-of-conduct, or staff information. We use a three-strike system. On the third strike it is a demotion.
- Only a HR is allowed to demote a MR, only a SHR is allowed to demote a HR.

Description: As a JTM, your job is to work at the store, and attend shifts/training.

Rank: Store Security
Description: As a Store Security, your job is to work at the store, attend shifts/security training, watch the doors to make sure nobody shoplifts, arrest the shoplifters, and deal with trollers/etc.

Rank: Executive Assistant
Description: As an Executive Assistant, your job is to attend shifts/training, host shifts/training, use admin properly, warn/kick/ban/ban trollers/exploiters, give promotions/demotions, and kindly watch over staff to make sure they are doing everything properly.
Mentoring: You are on your way to becoming a SHR. Depending on the roles needed to be filled for SHR, you will be part of a mentorship where you choose which department you would like to be a part of, the SHR leaving that position will then teach you how to operate that position.

Description: As a Developer, you are not required to attend shifts/training, but you may if you choose to (Exceptions, you must know how to host a shift, use proper grammar/punctuation) Using admin properly, warn/kick/ban/pban trollers/exploiters, give promotions/demotions, and kindly watch over staff to make sure they are doing everything properly.

Description: As a CCO, your main responsibility is to manage alliances, alliance events, applications, and check in on our allies.

Rank: Chief Recruitment Officer
Description: As a Chief Recruitment Officer (CRO), your job is to manage HR applications with the other CRO’s, recruiting at the GRP, and advertising on discord servers with a advertising channel. You’re not required to advertise with the Roblox paid ad, however you are totally able to.

Rank: Chief Staff Officer
Description: As a CSO, your main responsibility is to watch audit logs for promotions/demotions, carry out promotional events, as well as demotions needed for inactive staff, recruiting members, and gamenights!

Description: As a VP, your main responsibility is to assist the President, and CEO. You have the ability to do any of the above responsibilities if you want. Managing staff, and below ranks.

You are not required to attend shifts/training, but you may if you choose to. Using admin properly, warn/kick/ban/pban trollers/exploiters, give promotions/demotions, kindly watch over staff to make sure they are doing everything properly.

Description: As a President, your main responsibility is to assist the CEO. You have the ability to do any of the above responsibilities if you want. Managing staff, and below ranks.
