The Rotate object seems to be more consistent than HingeConstraints and somewhat easier to use as it works out of the box with a vehicle seat but there’s little information about the Rotate object and it would be nice to know if I should even be considering it at all.
I made a tank like vehicle using HingeConstraints and ran into a problem when Cframing the vehicle, in that it would violently fall apart (and fly away). I’ve since found workarounds but while doing so I discovered the Rotate object. My vehicle handled the problem better with Rotate object rather than with the HingeConstraint but more importantly it could rid the need for my movement script.
Any feedback would be much appreciated.
