- What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
I want my game to get on recommendation successfully.
- What is the issue? Include enough details if possible!
I wonder if these stats will possibly get my game on recommendation. Also, if it would make any money even if it does get recommended. I did ads for three days at $20 a day and took a two-day break and started again. Is it normal to not earn any Robux during the ads? Because I made no Robux during four days of advertising at $20 a day. I’m doing it with the old ad manager and I’m doing separate $20 ads every day. Also, retention seemed to change after May 17th, after I changed the thumbnail.
- What solutions have you thought of so far?
I’ve searched on interenet.

Right off the bat - these stats probably won’t push you to homepage. I can’t give you an exact number but you would want to be in a much higher percentile. Fortunately there are a few ways you can move closer to this
-
Advertising
Stretch your advertising for longer. The algorithm looks for consistent performing games to push, not games that get a couple of plays and drop off. If you have the money, try testing different thumbnails and descriptions and see which ones get pushed higher.
-
Getting players to click
To get more players, have a better thumbnail. I haven’t seen yours but there’s always room for improvement so consider investing in one with a high click-through rate. For a game of your genre, anything below 1% should be alarming and anything above 1.5/2 should be experimented more.

Keeping those players
On first glance, your game is a bit confusing. Nothing really pops and you’re being kept in a grey, bland box. The title doesn’t suggest much (and that effect will be amplified given that you’re targeting a younger audience) and you don’t have a tutorial. Users have no incentive to play, especially the first few users who click because in the first minutes that you run the ads, nobody’s playing yet. Add tutorials. Make the lobby vibrant, maybe add some basic single-player activities.
Do you have any data for how your ads have been performing?
