I heard from someone it might be because the item had “dominus” in its name, but both the model and texture are not Roblox’s.
Pretty sure the counter notice is from Roblox themselves since there’s no name listed.
This strike brings me to 2 strikes and I don’t know whether or not I should counter it.
If you counter it, the person who filed the claim gets your personal information. You’re also in the wrong for uploading a similar copy of a ROBLOX limited.
Roblox filed a DMCA against you because you’re infringing on their Intellectual Property (IP). They also fully own the trademark for “Dominus”. They are fully within their right to file against you as they own the Copyright to the Dominus Series on Roblox.
Also there is a name listed. It’s listed in the message you’re showing.
Pretty sure you are going to get Denied Counter notice. Unfortunately, Roblox does reserve the right to delete any copies of Dominus as Sub states:

Regardless though, your account is at risk of Termination at this point and Roblox is fully correct filing a DMCA takedown against you.
Roblox usually marks it as spam instead of DMCA, is it because they own the trademark to dominus and not other limiteds?
