In Roblox Studio, on Windows 11, the “Show UI” button is always disabled now and I cannot hide the UI elements.

happening with me too, so im bumping this
In case anyone needs a workaround for the time being, you can do so here, access this menu by pressing the cog in the top right above the viewport (cc @AidenGreeny):

EDIT: doing that also fixed the show ui button too!!

Fix has been submitted. Problem will resolve as that code change gets rolled out.
