Show version number on creator hub engagement graphs

This view is almost useless to me. I need to see the version number when I tap on a version annotation. The date is much less visible and not always accurate when looking at my changelog.

Thanks for reporting this. It should be fixed now:

• On desktop, You should be able to see version number when you hover on the annotation icon.
• On mobile, you need to click on the icon to see the version number.
