Significant spike in Server Crashes - "Platform Crashes"

We are observing a significant spike in server crashes tagged as “Platform Crashes” on the analytics dashboard. This started at around 6:00pm UTC time (2026-04-14) and is still ongoing at the time of writing. Affected are all our major place files of our live game ‘Deepwoken’ (see below), with the exception of the starter place (place ID: 4111023553). Incidentally, our starter place is the only major place that does not allow for player interaction; player character spawning is disabled.

These crashes occur mostly in public servers, as well as some private servers (‘Dungeon’ place). When a crash occurs, all players are disconnected with the usual error message of “Please check your internet connection and try again.” (Error code 277). Attempting to join a crashed server displays an error with code 279, “Failed to connect to the experience. No response from server. Please try again.” (see attached video, timestamp: 0:50)
