I ain’t the most experienced developer in the world and this is my first time using Blender to create anything more than some trees or simple terrain. I just need some constructive criticism on how to improve this and future builds. I have attached a full picture and a close-up!
It looks a bit plain; since this looks a bit low-poly, I’ve seen other builders put little bricks (just parts) on the walls and it makes it look a bit more textured.
Idk though I’m not a builder.
Either way it looks good!
yeah like @pillowboy07 said, it looks too plain. i reccomend putting random square parts on the walls to make it a bit less plain but overall good build!
I agree with it looking a bit plain. Maybe add some more “brighter” and “vibrant” colors to the build along with some extra detail to make it pop out. The windows could use some more detail along with the door.
It’s a simplistic shape and basic color pallets selections I perhaps playing around with inserting many color types and other variety of shapes that could accomplish a proper theme your currently wanting to achieve out of this. I highly recommend using more different colors since I’m assuming you’re more focused on improving the quality of it.
Right now it seems the building is made with one shape and as for the objects I would definitely change the door to something else having the door having a full grey scheme looks a bit unappealing. I’m not sure if this was what your wanting or not, but you could add some roofs details vents, wall signs, decorations ect.
There are many spaces that could be improved I’ll try using a color pallet site for finding a proper colors that will fit well: Paletton.com
