Hello, I am curious how certain users on ROBLOX are able to change their avatar display without owning/wearing any virtual items that would cause the display to occur.
For instance, this user changed his avatar to a giant mario head:

I have been unable to find any mention of this on the devforum hub, but I have seen a few users using this. I am not sure if it is an exploit or if it violates ROBLOX TOS, I would like to learn more about it though.
Does anyone know about this? I know there were a few users that made their avatar decals, but this is something else entirely.
