Skinned mesh, why aren't my eyes moving with the bean?

My bean is one object but they aren’t moving with the bean.

Here’s how the bean looks in wireframe, I did the eyes as a separate object then joined it later on.

You would have to reposition the eyes manually, it’s practically impossible to calculate where the eyes will go, how it will stretch. Skinned meshes only apply to the specific mesh you are using. I see in the blender image that the eyes are a different part of the body, which makes it so that it doesn’t move.
