At Slushy’z, we are more than just a cafe. We are a family of hard-working, strong-minded, intelligent staff members that work to provide the ROBLOX community the best service possible.

Slushy’z is owned and operated solely by our SR (Super Rank) team. This consists of our Founder, Chairwoman, and our President.

Rules

At Slushy’z, we strive to provide a safe and fun environment for our community. In order to do this, we have certain rules you must follow.

Rules for Everyone:

  • Respect everyone.
  • Follow the ROBLOX rules and guidelines.
  • You will be held responsible for everything you do. Think before you do something.
  • If you leave the group, you cannot receive your previous rank back if you rejoin.
  • All game pass and developer product purchases are final. There are no refunds.

Rules for Staff:

  • Always use grammar when working at the Slushy’z restaurant.
  • Stay professional, mature, and polite to customers.
  • Always display a positive attitude when working.
  • Do not cheat the point system when working. If caught, you will be fired.
  • If you are a chef, do not cut the line in the kitchen to claim orders. If caught, you will be fired.
  • Stacking burger ingredients while preparing items more than the specified amount is not allowed and can result in a warning and then termination.
  • Customer satisfaction is important. The customer may not always be right, but they should always leave happy so they can return in the future.
  • Do not ask for a promotion. Every rank in the group must be earned in some way.
  • If a customer is breaking a rule, report it to a member of the management team at your earliest convenience. We want to make sure other customers have a great experience too.
  • Do your job and only your job.
  • Do not argue with fellow employees. If there is a problem, please report it to a manager.

Rule Infractions:

If you break a rule, you may receive a punishment or a warning. Punishments are based on the severity of your infraction and can consist of any of the following:

  • Warning
  • A temporary ban
  • A permanent ban
  • A demotion from your current rank

If you notice a member breaking a rule, report it immediately to management so we can take care of it.

Ranks

Customer: Member of our Slushy’z group.


Low Ranks

Trainee: An employee who has passed their interview, and needs to be trained. Trainees must train to be able to start working here at Slushy’z. To become a Trainee, visit our interview game!

Junior Barista: Junior Baristas are tasked with greeting guests, taking their order, and submitting their order to the kitchen through the ordering system. To become a Cashier, you must pass one of our training sessions as a Trainee.

Barista: Baristas are baristas who are more experienced and have achieved 30 points at the restaurant by working and doing their job.

Senior Barista: Senior Baristas are baristas who are very experienced and have achieved 50 points at the restaurant by working and doing their job. They are now eligible to attend training to become Shift Leader.


Medium Ranks

Shift Leader: Shift Leaders are tasked with the responsibility of hosting shifts at the restaurant. Shift Leaders have acquired at least 80 points in the restaurant by working and doing their job.

Interview Assistant: Interview Assistants help with interview sessions. They are not eligible to interview anyone, but they can assist in making sure the session runs smoothly and everyone does what they need to.

Interviewer: Interviewers have passed the application and have been tested well enough as an assistant. They are permissible to interview any interviewee. They have to follow our process and questions, or they can lose their position back to assistant.


High Ranks

Management: Management is the first HR at Slushy’z. The Restaurant Managers are tasked with the general operation of the restaurant and ensuring that every aspect of the restaurant is running smoothly with zero issues. They also are able to host interviews and help train staff.

Senior Management: Senior Management is the equivalent of Management, with just a little more authority.

Chief Staff Officer: CSO is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Slushy’z Staff team. They are first-hand responsible for promotions, demotions, and dismissals of work.

Chief Operating Officer: COO have the same basis of management, except they have much higher authority and the active COO(s) are eligible to dismiss anyone below them, with reason.

Chief Executive Officer: The CEO is tasked with assisting the above ranks with their daily workload. This person is also responsible for overseeing the administration and the lower ranks.

Board of Executives: The Board of Executives (otherwise known as, ‘The Board’) are responsible for any first-hand administrative decisions. They can include but are not limited to, promotions, demotions, dismissals, closing dates, feature updates, development planning, and more.

Vice President: The VP assists the President with their daily workload and ensures the integrity of Slushy’z. They are responsible for approving or rejecting any ideas of The Board.


Super Ranks

President: The President has the highest rank that the community can see the tasks of. The President is the sole operator of Slushy’z. They are tasked with all of HR’s roles and tasks. Currently held by

Chairwoman: Currently held by Outspoken_Angel. (As of 12/22/2020)

Founder: Founder of Slushy’z in 2017. Held by RealCasualGamer.

Schedules

At this point of time, we do not have any set schedule for interviews, trainings, or shifts. Please watch the group should or our Communications Server to get notified of hosts.

Partnership Information

Thank you for your interest in having your community or organization to become partners with Slushy’z! Slushy’z is always looking for other groups to collaborate and form positive relationships with. In order to partner with us, we ask that you please contact a member of our Public Relations team if you meet our requirements.

Requirements for Partnership:

➔ Group must have at least 50 members.

➔ Group must have active.

➔ Group must be organized and conduct themselves professionally.

➔ Group must be willing to shout and attend Slushy’z events.

➔ Group Representatives must communicate with our team.

➔ Group members must not break our set rules at our games.
