Adorations! Welcome to the official handbook for Slushy’z! Within this informational handbook, you will find all the necessary information needed to be successful during your time here at Slushy’z. Please take note that this handbook is subject to be revamped at any time as our community undergoes changes & development. If you have any inquiries, don’t hesitate to contact a member of the Presidential Team!
Slushy’z is the first & largest slushy bar roleplay group on the ROBLOX platform. Our group currently withholds brilliant staff members that supervise and provide customer service to our customers. Our management team & executive team works daily to ensure each of our staff members is undergoing the proper training to meet our standards and our customer’s satisfaction. The Presidential team currently manages two unique departments that keep our community running and satisfy. Our two unique departments are Relations & Employment.

• While on Slushy’z premises, you must remain respectful towards all members. Discrimination & disrespect of any kind is strictly not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any form of disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to trolling, arguing, spamming, or creating chaos.
• Inappropriate behavior or sexual reference is strictly prohibited.
• Advertisement of any form is prohibited.
• Any attempt to bypass or violate our regulations is prohibited.
Slushy’z Low-Rank Regulations
• Efficient grammar, punctuation, and spelling are mandatory for all staff members.
• Serving customers items not found on the menu is prohibited. Giving customers items without order is strictly prohibited.
• Hinting or intending on promotions is strictly prohibited.
• Professionalism is strictly needed at all times throughout your position at Slushy’z.
Slushy’z Communication Server Regulations
• Self-promotion or advertisement of any kind is strictly prohibited unless given permission from a Presidential Team member.
• Any form of harassment or discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes race, religion, gender, sexuality, etc.
• Spamming & disruptive behavior in any channels is not allowed and will result in an immediate mute from the Moderation Team.
• Minor swearing is permitted but please do not direct them towards anyone.
• Inappropriate content of any source is strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate ban from our communication server.
• Any discussions regarding politics or triggering topics are not allowed and will lead to consequences.

The Valued Customer rank is the rank to which we serve our slushy & pastries and provide our amazing professionalism to. Our main goal is to provide our Valued Customers with the most unique and utmost amazing experience.Notable Contributor -
The Notable Contributor to members who have either developed or contributed to one of our versions or graphics. Alongside, this rank is given to our Relations Director+ who have shown dedication, leadership, and professionalism for the duration of their employment & successfully abided by our resignation guidelines.
[LR] Low-Rank Team
Trainee Team Member —
The Trainee Team Member has taken and passed our application. They must visit our automated training center or our rank center to further rank up.Barista -
They have successfully passed our training system! They can now work behind the counter & must obtain 10 points to further rank up!Senior Barista —
They have worked hard at the Slushy Bar and obtained 10 points! They are able to continue working hard to get Staff Assistant by obtaining 25 points or purchase their next rank at our rank center!Staff Assistant —
The Staff Assistant rank is given to those who have worked hard at the slushy bar and obtained over 25 points! To further rank up, they must apply for Management In-Training once applications are released on the 15th of every month.Management In-Training — 25
The Management In-Training rank is for those who have passed our Management Application and must now go through a 2-week internship to further rank up in our community.

The Management rank is the first official rank in our Management Team. They must assist in supervising in our slushy bar and hosting shifts to being activity to our slushy bar.Senior Management — 30
The Senior Management continues the duty of supervising & hosting shifts at our slushy bar. They have more experience in our Management Team operations.Board of Directors — 20
The Board of Directors continues to carry out the duties and responsibilities of our Management Team. They have been given the ability to demote the Low-Rank Team with any proper reasoning & apply for our Relations or Employment Department for the chance to join our Executive Team.

Executive Assistant — 6
The Executive Assistant rank is given to those who recently got accepted to join one of our departments! They are the newest addition to our Executive Team. They must be proven that they can be responsible, dedicated, and show leadership within their department to officially be a member of their chosen department.Relations Director — 4

Our Development Team consists of our builder, Scripter, graphic designer, user interface designer, and clothing designer. To join our Development Team, you must submit a portfolio to our Chairman.Vice President — 2
The Vice President is the acting assistant lead of their department. They have proven & shown dedication, preparation, leadership, and professionalism for the duration of their employment in their departments.President - 2
The President’s rank is given to those who have shown respect, leadership, dedication, professionalism, and activity throughout their career at Slushy’z. They have proven themselves worthy of becoming a member of the Slushy’z Presidential Board. The President is the leader of their selected department & manages all staff members & ensures that Slushy’z is actively improving.Vice Chairman - 1
The Vice-Chairman rank is given to someone that has been trusted by the Chairman & shown that they can lead the group to success. The Vice-Chairman is the Co-Owner of the group & is in charge of assisting the Presidential Board with tasks to help improve our Executive & Management Team. They are in charge of running the group, Management, and all operations. They are to oversee all staff members.Chairman - 1
The Chairman rank is given to the owner of Slushy’z & is not achievable. The Chairman is in charge of running the group, development inquiries, Presidential Board management, and the establishment of Slushy’z.

Employment Department
The Employment Department manages all staff team inquiries & employment. The Employment Department handles promotions, demotions, terminations, & staff requirements. Alongside, they handle Supervisor applications & training.
Relations Department
The Relations Departments manages all affiliations of Slushy’z. The Relations Department ensures that Slushy’z remains a positive & professional establishment & represents our community. The Relations Department works with our affiliates to create strong & positive bonds, plans & manages events and manages our social media platforms.

Greetings! Thank you for reviewing the Slushy’z affiliate requirements & expectations. In this document, you will be able to find all of the information regarding what groups require to become an official affiliate of Slushy’z and what is expected of your respective group.
Affiliate Requirements:
○ Your group must contain 50 non-botted group members & 25 communications members.
○ Your group must not possess a bad reputation within the Roblox community.
○ Your group must not be within the Army or War-themed industry.
○ Your group must follow and comply with our guidelines and ROBLOX Terms of Service & Use.
○ Your group must send a minimum of two alliance representatives to our communications server upon the formation of the alliance.
Affiliate Expectations:
○ Your group must follow all rules and guidelines while on Slushy’z property.

○ Your group must be professional, mature, and respectful while on Slushy’z property.
○ Your group must actively keep up with the alliance events and throughout our communications server and announce certain announcements from our group when requested.
○ Your group must write responses that explain in detail the kind of group you are.

As a Customer, you may visit the Interview Center & submit an application for Trainee.
⦁ How can I join the Management Team?
The Employment Department offers monthly opportunities to our Staff Assistant to apply for Management In-Training. To become a Management, you will have to pass your Management In-Training internship after applying for the Management Team. However, if we don’t have enough Staff Assistant, we will release the Supervisor application to our community.
⦁ How can I form an affiliation with Slushy’z?
The Relations Department is ecstatic that you are interested in forming an official affiliate with Slushy’z. You can find all the necessary information on how to become an affiliate and our requirements/expectations from the tab above. Before applying, please make sure you met all our requirements. Minor expectations can be made by the Relations Department. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact a member of the Relations Department.
⦁ What is a monthly community meeting?
The monthly community meeting is a community event hosted every second Saturday by a member of the Presidential Team. During the meeting, we will discuss achievements, changes, events, and promotions within our community. More information will be posted on our communication server prior to the monthly meeting.

If you would like to become a full-time Developer at Slushy’z, please inform the Development Manager and provide your portfolio and we will contact you back with the results.
