Hey guys. This is a cafe I’ve been working on for about 30 minutes (its based off a real cafe) and it looks terrible and usually I can touch it up and it’ll look great, but with this I feel like it still looks ugly? The windows are too big I know that much. Feedback is much appreciated as I am completely stuck and in need of it.
not done, there’s no chairs or anything yet. I don’t need interior help, just exterior. Any advice is much appreciated

It looks good! I like the logo on the exterior, I suggest adding some flowers and lighting to the exterior to really give it a cozy feel. Nice warm lighting and maybe some plants on what appear to be the windowsills would look very cool!

While the cafe looks decent if this is how it looks in the reference image I don’t think the building looks to empty the only thing I see wrong with it is that it doesn’t show any material or colors if it’s still in development.
Since the building looks like a street cafe I’ll try leaving the windows the same. When looking at the outside I see it’s very plain. There isn’t much going on outside which is really ”empty”! I suggest making or adding some color to the building maybe look at images to see how you want your cafe to look like at the moment it’s kind of on a grey color! Another thing to note is that placing some potted plants, chalkboard sign, tables an chairs, and possibly an awning connected to the window could improve your cafe a lot more.
Try looking at this cafe to see what I’m talking about the chairs an table placements added to the exterior.

I would say you did a nice job!, Here are my suggestions on what you should do 
you did a nice job remember this is only what I think would improve your build, have a good day!

Add furniture and decorations to the exterior of your cafe to make your Cafe less boring and dull
it would make the Cafe seem more lively. -
Change the Mannequin or NPC to look professional add some clothing, hair etc or have players have roles in the Cafe so they can serve.

Add a tiled floor or any type of floor you perfer, something that doesn’t use a baseplate as a floor
most Cafes use wooden floor patterns. -
The text is too boring and simple I would rename it to something more intriguing
so more people would visit your place more often and would make your place more unique then other Cafes. -
The building is too dark adding some lights would brighten up the place, make sure not to make the lights to bright which will result some users skin color appear super bright and vibrant which not many people know about.

Make sure to add chairs, a menu, items you want to serve etc. Make sure to include as much as possible or how many items on the menu you want in your Cafe it’s your choice.
I’d like to start out by saying it looks great so far! There are a few things that you could improve on. You could decorate the exterior more. I personally would make the windows smaller. Otherwise I like it. Something important to have in mind is, Never give up! You may not have the best game. But it sure matters that you keep trying, and putting fourth your best effort.

Thank you for your feedback! I was making changes to the interior and I used the npc for height and scale and I’ve only been focusing on the exterior because imo it looks so bad. Much appreciated
