  1. The group you are willing to ally with must be relating to our industry. We will ally with clothing groups, cafes, and restaurants. War groups or nation groups are strictly prohibited, and will be automatically declined.
  2. Your group must have at least 50 current members in your group. Additionally, your group cannot contain bots. We will inspect your group to ensure that this requirement is followed.
  3. Your group must be active in any form. We’re always looking to mutually benefit smaller and big groups on Roblox, however, your group must show significant activity.
  4. Your group must be organized , as we don’t want an unorganised group that has constant drama. A clean reputation should be established in your community.
  5. Your group cannot sell MR+ ranks, or have free-ranked employees. Smile ‘N’ Delight has always been a place where you work up along the ranks, without any favouritism or free-ranking of any kind. This is why we have established this rule to eliminate any groups ‘in it for the money’.
  6. If you’re applying for the sole reason of benefiting your group , this may not be the right alliance for you. Smile ‘N’ Delight is looking for alliances where we can mutually benefit each other.

Once you submit the application, it will take 24-48 hours to thoroughly review and ensure that your group meets the criteria stated. Smile ‘N’ Delight cannot guarantee to accept your alliance request, even if you meet our requirements.

Smile ‘N’ Delight will send people over to assess your workplace to ensure that you meet our requirements.
