This glitch is really annoying, as I tend to multitask with numerous windows open at the same time. I’m running a 1080p monitor if that makes a difference.
That happens whenever the horizontal size of the window gets small, not just when you snap it to the side. You can zoom out to make the search bar appear again.
The search bar is still there, you just need to click the Magnifying glass icon:

I know, it’s just irritating to not have the search bar show up when I snap a window to the side of the screen.
Looks like it is bugged. It should definitely be showing a button to bring up the search there even when there’s no space for the in-bar search.
When I snap my window to the side I get a second line on my bar. I’ve got a 1366x768 resolution

Works for me. I also have the OBC theme, so maybe it’s related?
If you hover your mouse over where it should be a little left of the R$ icon, you can click it and it will enable the search bar. It is there, it just isn’t visible.
I made it’s ‘background-color’ black to test, and this is what I got…
I get it now: There’s very little contrast between the blue of the toolbar and the blue of the magnifying glass:
The magnifying glass should have more contrast over the blue background.
