RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR SNOW GYMNASTICS
Section I: General Rules
- Everyone is expected to show respect to one another, regardless of race, gender, or age.
- Kindness is never optional and is required by EVERYONE.
- Even if you have conflicts with someone, do NOT bring that to the gym or group. We don’t want to hear about your drama from other groups either. A staff member will gladly assist you in working out your differences if need be.
- All instructions given by an LR and higher need to be followed or you may be warned.
- Please don’t start drama. It causes a lot of work for staff members, and ultimately ruins everyone else’s experience. Therefore, drama will not be tolerated.
- Do NOT use capital letters excessively. Example: HI MY NAME IS GABBY
- No excessive swearing or cursing. Some others find this disturbing, and overall doing so is uncalled for. “Replacement words” are allowed.
Failure to follow any of these rules will result in a warning.
Section II: In-Game Rules
*All rules listed in all sections apply at the gym.
- Do NOT go on any gymnastics equipment that is currently in use unless instructed to. This is disrespectful towards fellow gymnasts.
- Always share the equipment and take turns. If someone is waiting let them take a turn.
- If there is a tryout or practice going on, please understand that anyone who is participating takes priority over those not participating.
- In order to participate in tryouts you MUST be a member of the group. You can find the group here – Opulence Designs - Roblox
- In order to participate in practices you do NOT have to be a member of the group but it is advised.
- Please do not advertise anything at the gym. Only group members who represent another group or our allies may advertise their group at the gym.
- You must always listen to a staff member. Remember they are there to help the gym run smoothly and remain under control.
Failure to follow any of these rules will result in a warning.
Section III: Group Rules
- All rules listed in all sections apply in the group.
- Do NOT spam the group wall for any reason.
- Do NOT use excessive capital letters on the wall.
- Advertising on the group wall is NOT allowed under any circumstances.
Failure to follow any of these rules will result in a warning.
Section IV: Consequence Policy
- All rules listed in all sections are valid reasons to why you could receive a warning.
- Warning Policy: Receiving 3 warnings will result in a kick. Example: 3rd warning - Kicked from server. 6th warning - 2nd kick from the server.
- Ban Policy: Receiving 9 warnings will result in a permanent ban from the game. Exploiting, Hacking, or Trolling will be an automatic permanent ban once reviewed by the owner.
Notice: These rules are subject to change as the group grows. Be sure to review the rules often and familiarize yourself with them.
