I didn’t get 3 of the crowns of O’s that I was supposed to get (Gold, Bombastic & Adurite). I do own the game that is linked to my group. Here’s my MAU so far.

Are you sure it’s a duplicate? Because I can clearly see that they are different bugs, no similarity between them except that they’re both crowns.
But they’re both different crowns entirely, one is given by a MAU milestone (Crown of O’s, 100,1k,10k,100k,1m,10m,100m,1b) and the other (your linked post) is a crown that is limited and you get it by purchasing 24k robux bundle (as explained by OP in that thread) , and it has nothing to do with this bug.
Or perhaps you linked the wrong one, because I can see 2 other different posts regarding the same issue:

The post you have linked is a diffrent case, we are wondering about the “Crown of O’s”, not the “Gold Crown of Ozymandias”. 
Has this been fixed? I received the 100, 1k and 10k MAU one’s but not the 100k MAU one I recently just hit on my game
They didn’t hand out any of the “higher-tier” crowns in the latest waves so, it’s unlikely anyone will get them.
