So many problems with my hat made in blender

i made a witch hat in blender and everything looks fine ther, but when i put it in studio the seeds are inside out and one flap of the hat is invisible on one side

any help is appreciated

set the doublesided property to true?

where is that?, also i fixed the issue of the flap being invisible, now its just the seed inverted
