Socialising single player games

I’ve been working on a game for over 4 months now and it’s coming along quite nicely.
The game is pretty simple, you have: a “ROBLOXO” (A roblox character or a roblox player/developer), Rounds which you buy ROBLOXOs with and other stuff which I’m going to add, Badges which are gained from leader battles and Micros which are super special currency you gain from digital battles. You can gain Rounds from trainer/leader battles too.

The game is single player as I want the experience and feel of the game to be broadened.

Also because when I first starting building it I didn’t think about how I could make it multi-player, too late now :angst:

One important aspect is missing though, socialization.
I’ve been trying to brainstorm ideas for how I could do this like a cross-server chat or even cross-server battles against other players using MessagingService.

Pretty much, how can I improve socialization in my game via means possible?

I’m not socialization expert, but RDC 2018 had a pretty good talk on it! Here’s a link to the slides

Thanks! I’ve got some ideas such as maybe trading and chat channels with friends.
