Soft lighting and low graphics completely ruin game

So ive been making a game designed for realistic lighting to make it as realistic as i can, however when i turned my graphics down, it automatically switches the mode to soft, which completely ruins the whole entire game experience.

And this is really bad as most players play with lower graphics so to most players the game will look horrible.
I understand why it switches lighting mode on lower graphics but this is extremely annoying as i can’t stop players from picking lower graphics, can’t force them into using high graphics otherwise i will have less players and more lag.
Its extremely annoying and its making me consider quitting my whole project due to this, since i can’t do anything and i know that if i ever release it, many players have bad lighting and im not going to get good reviews, the whole point of my game is trying to be realistic as well, and this completely ruins everything.

Ive already tried lowering the amount of lights in the room, improved it slightly.
Tried changing materials and colours, and it still looks bad in soft lighting.

Here are 2 pictures of the same map, the top is in soft lighting, the bottom in realistic lighting:

so ive come here because i literally have no idea what to do at all, and im out here begging for something good to help me because i literally want to quit making this game if most players just see the bad lighting on the left.

Roblox is designed with compatibility in mind. The best you can do is to ask players to set graphics quality to high, and to block mobile altogether.

If you really want to go down the path of making higher quality games with higher minimum hardware requirements, try a different engine like Unity, Unreal Engine, or Godot. Otherwise, try to stay away from making these sort of games. Always keep in mind during development that players can have really good or really bad graphics.
