[Solution Found] Studio Bugs

[strike]My friend Cosmoit has been trying to make a game, and he has had some error with it. I am going to list them out and give you as many details as I can about all of these

THIS MAY BE BECAUSE HE HAS WINDOWS 10

He is logged in on the studio start page, and he is logged on ROBLOX on a chrome browser.

Bugs / Errors:
[b]- Cannot use any of his own assets

  • Cannot open published places, only files (when he tries to open published places, it doesn’t load anything but creates a blank place)
  • Cannot Publish any of his own places[/b]

What we have done to try to fix so far:
[b]- Reinstalled ROBLOX Studio

  • Logged out and In of both Studio and Website
  • Shutdown Computer[/b]

EDIT: IT WAS WORKING BEFORE THE WEDNESDAY NIGHT UPDATE, BUT STARTED ACTING UP TODAY[/strike]

SOLUTION EDIT: You must log out of studio and log into another account and then log out and log back into the original account for this to work

These issues are actually very likely Windows 10-related. ROBLOX has, so far, not done any testing on Windows 10.

I forgot to mention the fact that, it was working for him last night (when he has windows 10, but it started acting up after this Wednesday night update)

If that info is helpful, maybe we can find a fix from what they added this week

We do not currently support Windows 10, however, that is likely to change. If you are still having this issue after the next update, please reopen this topic!
