[SOLVED] My Experience is "Unavailable"

Hi - my experience became “Unavailable” to all users around 9PM EST today. It quickly went from 160 concurrent users to 0 and I haven’t received any explanation or e-mail about why this happened, so i assume it is a website bug. If someone could look into this for me I would appreciate it. I have re-submitted my questionnaire to see if that fixed it, but it didn’t. I also filed a support ticket so hopefully someone can get to this soon. Thank you!

May be a bug, but if it was a silent moderation action make a appeal. or view your ROBLOX inbox

Typically you aren’t supposed to make moderation complaints here this is a misuse of bug reporting

i dont think their making a complaint. if my game with 7.8M+ visits got shadow banned with no explanation i’d want to reach out to as many people as possible too.

Platform Usage Support is the place to go for this type of inquiry not a bug report.

You can’t change a category once it’s done he has to report his own post.

You can open a new topic you can’t change one.

ok im done replying to this, This guy needs help. You can edit and change your category the screenshot i provided was not me making a new topic it was me editing it.

I wasn’t sure if there was a website bug causing this or if it was actually a moderation action - either way, the post is now moved.

Exploit Allowing False Account Terminations this could also be a reason but they didn’t have your account terminated but rather your game taken down.

How do I know if that’s the case? Would they have sent a notification somewhere? I haven’t received anything. I just got online last night and had a bunch of pings from my players telling me they couldn’t play the game anymore.

Not that I’m aware.

Arcade Island (@BeastyBlake101) also had this happen, but it looks like his game is back up now. Mine is not. Not sure what’s going on – maybe I just need to wait out my Support Ticket and get a real person to look it over. I assume this was an automated moderation.
