Some characters get sent farther with :ApplyImpulse() than others, need help

For some reason these two rigs get sent different distances when :ApplyImpulse() is used.
These rigs are built from the same rig ( aka the normal roblox R6 rig )
Everything in these rigs are Massless and CanCollide off
Ive checked if maybe the body parts have different propreties or something, nope, not the issue.
This wasn’t a problem when i welded stuff to a character in the past and just happens only NOW

should i put the models in a rbxl? would that help?

is there any code you can share how you ApplyImpulse?

It’s a localscript in playerscripts

plr.Character.HumanoidRootPart.AssemblyLinearVelocity = Vector3.new(0,0,0)
plr.Character.HumanoidRootPart:ApplyImpulse(plr.Character.HumanoidRootPart.CFrame.LookVector * 1200)

theres some other code surrounding it but they do some other stuff which don’t matter here

oh my god apparently the ONLY GODDAMN ISSUE was that the rig was SLIGHTLY ( x1.1 ) smaller than the other one
