The game I work with recently pushed an update, and after this update push, we realized that multiple models, including ones with different SurfaceAppearance maps, are failing to load consistently throughout different servers and sub-places in experiences.
These surface appearances loaded fine in other experiences and in studio for all players, but only do not load in this specific game.
None of the textures are moderated, and none of them are private. The only error is that these SurfaceAppearances failed to load.
