The issue is that I am unable to manage some of my installed plugins - I want to uninstall some plugins but I literally can’t access them.
They don’t show up in the Plugin Manager.
This has been happening for about a week now.

Expected behavior
I expect to see all of my currently installed plugins in the Plugin Manager window.
