Some Recently Created Classic T-Shirt Thumbnails Show White Background Instead of Transparent 🤮🙏🏻

I noticed that the thumbnails of some recently created Classic T-Shirts on Roblox display a white background covering the area outside the T-Shirt image. Normally, this area is transparent, but these thumbnails appear differently. This seems to affect only certain recently uploaded Classic T-Shirts.

  1. Browse recently created Classic T-Shirt items: Catalog
  2. Observe the thumbnails of each item.
  3. Notice that for some items, the background outside the T-Shirt is not transparent as expected, while others display correctly.

Examples:

Expected Behavior:
The background outside the T-Shirt in the thumbnail should remain transparent, as it has been for previous Classic T-Shirt uploads for years.

Thanks for the report! We’ve identified the change that caused this and rolled it back.

It is fixed for newly generated thumbnails, we have not yet invalidated thumbnails that were generated while this bug was active. I’ll update the thread once we’ve done that.

It has also been fixed for the classic T-shirts mentioned in the original post. I just checked a moment ago, so I’m marking your reply as the solution. The ones on the Recently Created page have been fixed as well. Thanks :kiss_mark:
