Recently, a user reported that they were unable to view the remaining duration of their temporary ban or the public ban reason when attempting to rejoin the experience. The user initially saw these details when they were banned in-game, but any subsequent attempt to join only displayed the generic message: “You were banned from this experience.” (see screenshots below)
The affected user has since been unbanned. Their user ID is included in the private message attached to this thread.

This issue occurred in Seishun: School Life Roleplay, though it is unclear whether this is isolated to that experience or a broader platform issue.
Steps to Reproduce
- Receive a temporary ban from the experience.
- Attempt to rejoin the experience after being kicked.
- Observe that the rejoin message only says “You were banned from this experience.”
- Notice that the remaining ban duration and public ban reason are missing.
Expected Behavior
A join error prompt with error code 600 should appear, displaying:
- The remaining time until the temporary ban expires
- The public ban reason
Actual Behavior
The user only sees the generic message “You were banned from this experience.” with no indication of the remaining ban duration or public reason.
